Ravindra has been in the field of Architecture and Interior Design for over 25 years. He has worked on a number of elite projects in and around Pune with more than 15 builders. The cutting edge comes from his international work experience in the State of Qatar. As Chief Architect he worked on several prestigious projects. He designed large scale infrastructure projects for Qatar Foundation and Qatar Olympic Committee. This exposure was gained by working in a MNC abroad has certainly enhanced his global perspective.

Ravindra believes one must give back to society through knowledge gained in practice by teaching in colleges. Alongside his profession he has been associated as a visiting faculty with several renowned institutes like BNCA, Marathwada Mitra Mandal Institute of Design, and Suryadatta. He uses his vast work experience gained nationally and internationally, to familiarise students to ground realities.
